When teachers deal with us they have the opportunity to speak directly to the owners not an office. We take our responsibilities very seriously and value our relationship of trust and transparency with our teachers very deeply.

We listen to you

We asked what you wanted and we made it our priority to offer a valid alternative to the colossal corporations that have monopolised the market. Parents and teachers wanted greater security for the students, better quality residential facilities and host families, top level activities and higher quality teaching and we have worked had at making all that possible. Most of all, however, you didn't want any more surprises and finally, there is a company that never goes back on its word.

We value your efforts

We are well aware of all the time and effort it takes to organise a group and know the difficulties involved. We appreciate the trust you place in us and for this reason we believe it is right that you get paid for your services. ELA currently offers more to teachers than any other organisation on the market while  offering the highest standards to your students.

We are flexible

Not every teacher has the time to accompany groups in the summer and we take this into account. You can choose between one of our leaders or send someone youu know. It's also possible to earn money by referring even just one single student.
